Day Thirteen and Day Fourteen

Dear David,

Day thirteen was so incredibly uneventful, I decided not to have an individual blog for it. It was unworthy of blog status. :| I spent the whole day actually studying. That's new, right?

Day Fourteen on the other hand... Whole different story.

I'm gonna be honest, I've been looking forward to Day 14 for about two weeks. It was the day I was supposed to get my first massage. (Intel has various programs and benefits for their employees, one being to have a health wellness center on campus. The plan was to go to spend the day with mom and finish cleaning her office, study, go out for lunch, chill for a while, and then at three, the fun would begin.)

Here's how it went down.

I woke up at 6 am for a change to get ready and take a shower and what not. You gotta be clean, right? Since my grandma lives with us, she has her own bathroom, and I use my parents for whatever. So, I go into my parents room and basically was like dad go shower and get ready and shit so I can shower. Basically he whines for a few minutes before going to the bathroom. After his bowel movements and brushing, he went downstairs to have breakfast, saying he'd be back later to finish up.

So, naturally I go in and start my bath. ._. Half way through my bath, maybe 15 minutes later or so, my dad is pounding or the bathroom door like a mad man screaming how he has to get ready for work. I was like "bitch r u srs rn".

So with conditioner in my hair, come rely soaked, I waited half n hour for my dad to use up all the hot water, shave, and change his clothes. I was so pissed.

After he finished, I finished my bath in Antarctic-esque water and got ready. Shortly afterwards Mom and I went off to work. As we were getting in the car, the garbage man who was taking the trash talked to my mom and was like "Ma'am your tires are flat, it's best to get them checked out as soon as possible." Thing is, mom and I wouldn't have noticed so we promised to get it checked out later in the afternoon. We then drove to intel.

So I sat there and searched up colleges and things on mom's iPad for two hours or so until it was time for lunch. Since I didn't have breakfast, I was  so goddamn hungry. UGH.

We went to this place called Curry and Crust. It's an Indian restaurant that also serves pizza, but Indian style pizza. Today's special water butter chicken curry styled pizza (god damn that was nasty ass shit) and another which name I can't remember which was basically pizza with vegetables and a shit ton of jalapeño peppers. That one tasted good, but after one bite, it felt like I had second degree burns on my mouth... IT WAS SO SPICY.

After lunch, we went to Costco and got mom's car tires examined. Originally, we had only asked them to put in air, but after inspection, they were like helll nawww. Basically they said one of mom's tires were ripping to the part that any moment now it was ready to burst, while another had a nail stuck in it. The other two were really worn out as well. He said he could replace the tearing one with the spare in her car. He said since we are getting a new car in a couple weeks or so, it didn't make sense to get new tires. Instead, go to a place like Le Schwabb and get used tires to replace all four for about 30 bucks per fire, which isn't bad. That way when you trade the car in, you can get some money back.

After that, we went back to work. I sat for another couple hours doing more or less nothing until it was massage time!

At ten until three, mom dropped me off at the wellness center place and went off to her meeting. However when I was called inside, they said the couldn't perform on me because I was not with a parent of guardian who would be able to supervise as per policy. So, in the end I did get my massage. :c But instead of being a little bitch I sucked it up and waited for an hour (when the appointment was supposedly over) and went back to mum in her office. I didn't tell her I didn't get on e until later when I returned her money back as well. (Le dinero QQ) But yup. Then it was meme time for an hour while she was finishing up her work.

When she was done, we moved the last boxes from the clean up of moms old office to her car and went home. Before she pulled out, I gave her an envelope with her money in it and told her I wasn't allowed to get a massage. More than I, she was mad. It was weird since I was acting mature about it and she was like this is bullshit imma talk to these people.

But yeah. The rest of the day after was pretty normal. Except I did a lot of thinking about college and what not.

I figured I better get my shit together and starry creating healthier habits and healthier self.

You know me. Normally I don't sleep until 4 in the morning. There have been days where I would stay up til 5 and sing the TPain song about it.

In addition to that, I want to become healthier. That means eating healthier and more exercise. Or in more logical terms, losing weight. That term frightens me. Weight. That number you stare down at when you look at a scale.

You know me. You've seen me and how much I eat. You've even teased me about my weight and compared me to your sister and how she eats a lot, too, yet weighs freaking nothing. xD On the other hand, I weigh like everything.

This won't become a diet blog or anything like, nor will I be posting much about my journey to a healthier me here. I  just wanted to let you know about it though, so you can support me. :3 Hopefully this time next year, by the time I go off to college, I can look and feel better.

I feel the momjiang syndrome man. (GOOGLE IT AND YOUTUBE THE VIDEOS. I TRIED IT AND IT ACTUALLY HURTS AFTER A WHILE DUDE OMG.)

So, that's that. And it's been 5 days and strong. I have watched nothing sexual related. I feel good about it. Sure my vagina feels lonely, but whatever. My mind feels more innocent and clean.

You push me to do the weirdest things. But somehow they always benefit me. Thanks :3 I really appreciate that.

Love,
Asian Mother <3
